Claire commenced at SCBNC in August 2024 as a casual relieving nurse. Claire has a background in
Critical Care including intensive care, emergency and cardiac nursing. Claire has also worked in
medical nursing, quality improvement, project management and Aged Care assessment. Her passion
is cardiac nursing where she has had various roles including cardiac liaison nurse, cardiac rehab
nurse, exercise stress testing and heart failure management. Claire has a Bachelor of Science
(Nursing), Graduate Diploma in Critical Care, Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management
and Certificate in Health Systems Management. Over the past year Claire has enjoyed learning the
role of a Bush Nurse, acquiring new skills and participating in the Women’s and Men’s Health nights.
Claire and her family have a property in Swifts Creek and are looking forward to making Swifts Creek
their home in the near future.
